Meet the Team
  
Adonis (Don) Sucalit is an experienced nonprofit management executive with more than 20 years experience in organizational strategy, planning,  and operations and portfolio/ project management; 11 years in executive leadership and senior management roles in corporate, government and nonprofit sectors which involved a successful record of leading organizational change initiatives and capacity building programs. 

Adonis has a Master in Public Policy degree at the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree at the University of the Philippines.  He is trained Greenbelt (Lean and Six Sigma) and a Certified PMP and PMDPro Level 1 and 2.  He was a Board Member of the Project Management for NGOs (PM4NGOs), the international NGO who owns the PMD Pro Certification.
Monique Kilrane is a seasoned learning specialist and adult educator with more than 10 years experience in training and development  She has worked on developing courses and facilitating training in a range of topics including project management (PMD Pro Level 1and 2), intercultural effectiveness for development workers, human rights education, conflict resolution and numerous training of trainers.  Her work as a trainer and course designer has taken her around the world to conduct training with diverse international organisations such as World Vision (South Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo), Catholic Relief Services (Madagascar), and the Inter-American Development Bank (Haiti).

Monique has a Bachelor of Law from Laval University in Québec City as well as a Masters of Law from the University of Ottawa. She also completed a Certificate in Adult Education from St. FX University. 
  

Theo Breedon brings extensive experience in Canadian and international development work and has been involved in strategic planning and organizational development programming with First Nations government, municipal government in Canada, and civil society organizations in West Africa – Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Cameroon.  He brings with him a range of skills including facilitation and consensus-building, strategic planning, volunteer management, project management etc.  

Theo holds a Masters of Planning from the School of Community and Regional Planning at the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelors in Anthropology from Concordia University. 

Hi Lee is a Business Process and Systems Design Specialist using web-based and customised office applications to address workplace efficiency and business process issues for nonprofit organizations.  With over 15 years experience in database development and analysis, office systems software development and customization, IT training and support,  Hi has worked both in corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Hi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, major in Computing Science at the University of Alberta and speaks fluent Mandarin.   He has done international volunteering work for VSO Canada in 2007 and was based in Gambia.
