Leadership Development
Program Management
Project Management
We offer customized leadership sessions for supervisors, managers, and executives - from one-day to 2-hour seminars as well as leadership coaching sessions. Some of our seminars include: The "5 Ps" and "10 Keys" To Operations EXCELLENCE (1-Day Seminar), 7 Secrets to Operations SUCCESS (A 2-hr Seminar), and a 10-hour Leadership Coaching Session. We also design and facilitate leadership retreats.
Aside from providing Program Management for Development Professionals (PgMDPro) training, we assist nonprofits to help them set-up programs in a more coordinated and integrated way. Our services include establishing a program management office (PMO), defining structure and control processes, communications planning, defining interface between projects, and developing work processes for an efficient PM system.
We are a leading service provider of Project Management for Development Professionals (PMDPro) Level 1 and 2 certification training, having trained more than 900 staff and partners of leading NGOs and civil society organizations. We deliver trainings in English and French. Our applied approach allows for more practical learning and adoption of the management disciplines in project management.

Management Essentials
This 3-5 day workshop is designed to assist volunteer-based agencies, organizations or community groups to design their volunteer programs and a volunteer management system (draft policies, process, and tools) for effectively identifying needs for volunteers, recruiting, selecting, training, supervision, motivating, rewarding and retaining volunteers. Over 100 organizations have already benefited from this.
We assist our clients with designing customized project management tools designed to meet team needs and develop project management toolkits to standardize organizational practice and application. This can include developing a policy manual around the use of tools, processes and decision gating around the project cycle phases.
This workshop is designed to assist community-based and grassroots volunteer organizations to better plan and implement local initiatives and simple projects. Designed using basics of project management, the learning methods, materials and examples used are simple enough to enable community leaders and members to grasp concepts and apply in their real-life projects.

Our unique organizational development approach allows us to review your organization’s key performance indicators and total capacity, and then help you plan the most effective path to increasing your organization’s performance. We can help identify your teams’ strengths and weaknesses and identfy ways to improve team dynamics, diversity and problem solving and communication skills.
We facilitate strategic planning (map and scorecard), risk management planning, business planning, operational planning, change management, and performance assessments. We will recommend ways to help you plan and implement capacity building and performance improvement within your organization. We also facilitate team-building activities, retreats, and learning exchanges.
Using empathy mapping and user-centered design thinking approaches, we can facilitate project identification and design workshops and activities to develop sustainable project solutions utilizing logic models or theory of change frameworks. This could include pilot testing innovations and identifying requirements for scale.
We work with individuals and corporations who intend to start their philanthropic and corporate social responsiblity goals, helping them to achieve their vision by consulting them on starting up their foundations and accompanying them through a process of visioning, strategic planning, business planning, resource mobilization, staffing, and providing implementation support through a 2-3 year process.
Project Evaluations, M&E Planning
ILPC has solid experience conducting project evaluations - mid-project, end of project and post-project evaluations using evaluative models around effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact measurement. We also assist clients to design monitoring and evaluation plans, and align impact, outcome and output indicators to ensure results-based measurement and contribution.
